The Strumbrush creates a soft impact on the strings and can be used on most any stringed instrument such as a mandolin or even electric bass. Although you can't pick out individual strings, the Strumbrush creates it's own unique sound. Makes a great prop too!
Weighing in at less than one ounce, the Strumbrush is light as a feather and it's large size 3 3/4"L X 1 3/4"W X 3/4"H allows a firm grip enabling you to vigorously strum with an intensity previously unobtainable because the Strumbrush will be impacting multiple strings simultaneously.
The Strumbush can be turned around and the handle used as a faux slide, you can slide it on the strings or bounce it against them for a different effect. Gnarly pick slides can be achieved by grinding the edge of the Strumbush near the brush down the strings. The multi surface nature of the Strumbrush allows you to create a lot of different effects limited only by your imagination.
The Strumbrush is truly a non-electric multi effect and probably the mosty notable such effect since, well, the slide. What's more is the Strumbrush will not harm your instrument in any way but do remember to practice your sweep picking and other forms of playing as the Strumbrush is not a substitute for picks or slides but rather an addition to them.
